    Power Tech® GFCI adapters offer extra shock protection by incorporating GFCI units rated at 20 A instead the standard 15 A units commonly found in the market. Our patented solid state GFCI unit provides protection from electrical shock by interrupting the circuit to a load when a fault current of 6 mA or higher is detected. It offers neutral protection, ground neutral protection and built in surge protection for cords, power tools, small appliances, elelectronics and more when they are plugged into the GFCI adapter.

    • Our GFCI adapter acts as an interface between a regular non-GFCI extension cord and the power source when ground fault protection is needed at the jobsite
    • The GFCI has a manual reset feature that ensures that equipment won't have accidental restarts without fixing the issue, providing additional protection for you, your tools and your equipment
    • Class A GFCI unit with a 4 to 6 mA trip level
    • Power On indicator (red means On)
    • Cords are manufactured to 12/3 AWG (American Wire Gauge) specifications
    • Each of the three conductors contain 65 strands of 30 AWG 100% copper wire
    • All copper is soft drawn and annealed for maximum flexibility under full load
    • SJTW outside jacket is rated at 300 V
    • We use heavy-duty molded on 15 A 125 V NEMA 5-15 plugs and connectors that will not to pull away from the cord body
