3M™ Hand-Masker™ general-purpose masking paper is ideal for use during painting projects with water-based paints to protect windows, railings and other surfaces. 3M™ Hand-Masker™ general-purpose masking paper is formulated to work with water-base coatings. Specific uses include, but are not limited to, skirting, overall general paint protection and to be used as a drop cloth. The masking paper is designed to work with 3M™ Hand-Masker™ System Tools.
