Made of 100% acrylic Elastomeric resin, RoofKeeper™ Elastomeric shingle coating extends the life while improving the original appearance of your roofing. It modifies or rejuvenates the color of the roof following partial repairs. Ultra-adherent, it forms a protective coat against the elements and the harsh Canadian climate, it prevents deterioration caused by frost, rain, UV rays and the disbondment of granules. Water based and free of bitumen, RoofKeeper™ does not release unpleasant fumes and it is environmentally friendly.
