3M™ full brim hard hat is comfortable, tough, lightweight, custom fit protective headgear that helps protect the head from small falling objects and fixed objects that may be bumped into. This hard hat comes with a Uvicator sensor that changes color as the hard hat is exposed to UV light. The sun's UV rays can cause a hard hat shell to become brittle and compromise its ability to protect the wearer. With the Uvicator sensor, the hard hat should be replaced when the sun smart sensor changes from red to white. The four-point suspension system has unique features that allows for a customized height and fit that excellent suits the individual needs of the wearer. 3M™ full brim hard hats have vents, a comfortable four-point ratchet suspension and standard brow pad. An optional six-point suspension strap can be added for additional comfort and fit. The four-point suspension system sits lower on the head to reduce pressure points and increase security, especially when looking up and bending down. The smooth, easy turning ratchet suspension allows a three-level height adjustment for a customized fit. The perforated, absorbent brow pad provides enhanced comfort and ensured optimal visibility.
